**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our technology team and help build a scalable, high-performance online lending platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications.
- Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Create technical documentation.
- Collaborate with QA teams.
- Work across multiple layers of the stack.
- Stay updated with new technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience.
- Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL.
- REST APIs, Microservices, MVC.
- AWS experience.
- Automated testing knowledge.
- Git, Jira, Confluence.
- Agile methodology.

**Nice to Have**

- UI exposure.
- FinTech experience.
- CI/CD knowledge.
